We guarantee all Tucker® pole sections, clamps, and any of our purification systems to be free from manufacturer defects for ten years. We warranty all other products (except for filtration components like RO membranes, filters, etc.) for one year from the day you receive them. Please examine your order carefully once it arrives to ensure you have received everything and that the products you have ordered are in proper condition. If you experience a problem with your water-fed pole, brush, or system, reach out to us, and we'll make it right.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unopened, unused products within 30 days. A restocking fee will be charged. Returns take 3-5 days to process after we receive the item in return.

When/how will my order ship?
Your order will be fulfilled by our team as soon as possible on regular business days. Occasionally there will be delays due to production times or low inventory. You can inquire about your order by calling 303-663-1779. For the protection of your investment, all orders that are sent require a signature to be delivered. For larger items, a freight delivery will be necessary and this will be indicated at checkout if your delivery option is listed as R+L carrier.
