Team Tucker Membership Terms of Service Effective as of November 21, 2019 Payment. Prices for Team Tucker Member Services may change at any time, and RHG Products does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. RHG Products will charge your credit card or other form of payment for the price listed and you agree that RHG Products will charge the payment method on file on the first day of each billing period for the next renewal period. Cancellations. If you purchase a subscription to our Team Tucker Member Services that automatically renews, you may cancel the subscription any time before the end of the current billing period and the cancellation will take effect on the next billing period. You will retain access to the Team Tucker Member Services from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period, and will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period. Member fees paid are final and nonrefundable, unless otherwise determined by RHG Products. If RHG Products reasonably determines that a user has violated our Membership Terms of Services, RHG Products may immediately terminate the subscription and the user’s access to Team Tucker Member Services without notice and without refund. Removal or Unavailability of Content. In certain cases, content or provided vendor information available within a Member Service may become unavailable due to restrictions from our licensors or other legal or policy reasons. RHG Products will have no liability to you for any such unavailability. Communications. By using the Team Tucker Member Services, you consent to receiving communications from RHG Products including marketing communications such as emails about Team Tucker and RHG Products content, special offers, promotional announcements, and customer surveys, to your registered email address or via other methods. If you no longer want to receive such communications, simply go to the “Settings” tab in your account page and select unsubscribe.
